Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Product Sales Executive, Digital and Automation to drive growth of imaging IT solutions across assigned territories. You will engage clinical and IT stakeholders, advance adoption of AI-powered decision support, and guide solution demonstrations.

Location: Remote in the US with travel up to 50%. Accountability for revenue growth and strategic account plans in healthcare facilities. Competitive base pay plus bonus, with long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Healthcare/Imaging IT sales experience to hospital call point.
• Experience selling healthcare IT solutions into clinical/hospital environments.
• Ability to sell in complex, long sales-cycle environments.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, PSS, Miller-Heiman.
• Remote/Office Based/Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for Digital & Automation imaging IT solutions across assigned territory, accounts, and health network systems.
• Possess deep domain knowledge of healthcare IT and imaging IT.
• Establish and maintain knowledge of clinical IT workflows for Radiology, Cardiology and Pathology.
• Provide consultative sales support to address customer needs through the sale and adoption of Diagnostic Imaging Digital and Automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in your territory.
• Establish and cultivate a healthy funnel of opportunities.
• Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans.
• Maintain accurate sales projections and forecast reviews.
• Educate internal colleagues on market trends and value propositions.
