Job summary

DARCARS of Silver Spring is seeking an Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC) / Internet Sales to be the digital bridge between the dealership and customers. This on-site role involves guiding inquiries, managing leads through CRM, and keeping interactions informative and responsive, with a focus on the DARCARS approach to sales.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer savvy.

• Ability to multi-task and manage leads efficiently.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

Responsibilities

• Pull and manage leads through our CRM.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, text, chat, or email.
• Serve as a knowledgeable first point of contact on products, services, and the DARCARS brand.
• Follow communication scripts to maintain consistency and quality.
• Log all customer interactions in real-time.
• Build strong working relationships with dealership personnel.
• Meet or exceed performance goals, including response time and conversion metrics.
• Learn and train with the manufacturer to become an expert.
