Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is Canada’s largest automotive group and operates North Shore Honda. They seek an Internet Sales Consultant to manage inbound leads, convert them, and deliver an exceptional guest experience from first click to final delivery.

You’ll own inbound leads via email, phone, text, and digital platforms, respond quickly, qualify guests, and send personalized intro, walk-around, and follow-up videos to drive engagement and appointments.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or internet sales experience is an asset but not required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and video communication skills.
• Elite follow-up habits with a strong sense of urgency.
• Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all inbound leads with speed and professionalism.
• Respond to inquiries, qualify guests, and build rapport with rapid follow-up.
• Create and send personalized intro, walk-around, and follow-up videos.
• Guide guests through the entire sales journey — online, in-store, and delivery.
• Sell vehicles by identifying needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from first contact to post-delivery follow-up.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and follow structured lead-handling processes.
• Develop product knowledge and participate in ongoing training.
• Set and exceed monthly performance goals and begin developing leadership habits.
