Mossy Nissan Escondido is seeking energetic Internet Sales Consultants to join our fast-paced online sales team and help customers through the dealership experience. You will monitor internet leads, determine vehicle needs, and set clear follow-ups for repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

• At least one role with strong sales experience.
• Team player attitude.

• Must have strong computer skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the web and good data entry skills.

• Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information.
• Apply ethical selling techniques; complying with all company, DMV, State and Federal requirements.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads old and new.
• Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
