Job summary

WITHIN, in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, seeks a Digital Associate Director to lead a high-performing digital marketing team and own the strategic direction, execution quality, and growth of our paid media and broader digital marketing practice.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, mentor cross-functional managers, and drive measurable business impact through scalable, data-driven media plans across channels.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years of experience in digital marketing with deep paid media expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager.
• Agency experience, managing multiple clients and priorities.
• Proven experience leading teams in a managerial or director-level capacity.
• Experience applying AI tools within media planning, execution, or reporting workflows.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a performance-driven mindset.
• Excellent client leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience contributing to staffing, resourcing, process design, or sales support.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a cross-functional team across multiple offices.
• Own planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing initiatives across channels.
• Maintain strategic consistency and performance accountability across accounts.
• Translate business objectives into scalable, measurable media strategies.
