Braviant Holdings in Addison, TX is seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to own our digital marketing channels end to end — website, SEO, and paid acquisition — including budget, roadmap, and ROI reporting.

This high-ownership role collaborates with Growth, Data, and Legal to deliver fast, compliant campaigns. The position offers on-site work with cross-functional impact and room to shape the marketing function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience with ownership of a marketing website, SEO, and paid campaigns.
• Experience owning a marketing budget and reporting ROI, CAC, or similar metrics.
• Experience in financial services/fintech a plus and proven results-driven marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital marketing budget across website, SEO/GEO, and paid channels.
• Develop and maintain a digital marketing roadmap aligned with acquisition goals.
• Grow top-of-funnel traffic, improve conversion, and optimize the customer journey.
• Monitor KPIs and report outcomes, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Build dashboards and turn data into actionable recommendations.
