Job summary

WITHIN is hiring a Digital Associate Director to lead a high-performing digital marketing team in New York City. You will shape strategy, oversee execution quality, and drive growth of paid media and digital marketing practice, partnering with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted client advisor.

You will manage cross-functional teams, align global media strategies, optimize campaigns across paid social, search, display, and video, and own performance analytics and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with deep expertise across paid media channels.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads; additional platforms strongly preferred.
• Agency experience highly preferred, including managing multiple clients and priorities.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a managerial or director-level capacity.
• Practical experience applying AI tools within media planning, execution, or reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of cross-functional managers, digital media buyers, and strategists across multiple offices globally.
• Own the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing initiatives across channels (paid social, search, display, video).
• Translate business objectives into scalable, measurable digital media strategies and client growth.
