Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Trading Operations, Digital Assets to monitor trading activity for NYSE Group’s Digital Asset ATS and Global OTC ATS, provide real-time support, and escalate issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in a trading environment, familiarity with digital asset markets, and a FINRA Series 7 license (Series 57/24 a plus). It is remote-eligible with overnight/weekend shifts and US-based location preference.

2+ years in a trading environment or exchange operations.
Familiarity with digital asset markets or blockchain-based settlement is a plus.
FINRA Series 7 license required; Series 57/24 a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work overnight/weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide real-time trading operational support for NYSE Group’s Digital Asset ATS and Global OTC ATS.
Monitor trading activity, system performance, and order flow across both platforms.
Execute daily checkout procedures and maintain logs of issues, disputes, and resolutions.
Assist participant firms with inquiries related to orders, trading functionality and settlement status.
Support CEE reviews and error account escalations with compliance and legal teams.
Collaborate with Technology, Product Management, and Compliance to onboard participants and resolve issues.
Escalate production issues to System Operations and Engineering with timely communication.
