Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Trading Operations, Digital Assets to monitor and support NYSE Group's Digital Asset ATS and Global OTC ATS in a 24/7 environment.

You will collaborate with Technology, Product Management, and Compliance to resolve issues and ensure uninterrupted trading. Qualified candidates have 2+ years in trading ops, a FINRA Series 7 license, and are comfortable with overnight hours and remote eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years in a trading environment (exchange ops/ATS).
• Familiarity with digital asset markets or blockchain is a plus.
• Active FINRA Series 7 license required; Series 57 or 24 a plus.
• Willing to work overnight and weekends in a 24/7 environment.
• Remote-eligible with onsite training for local candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time trading operational support for NYSE Group's affiliated Digital ATS and Global OTC ATS.
• Monitor trading activity, system performance, and order flow across both platforms.
• Execute daily checkout procedures and maintain logs of issues, disputes, and resolutions.
• Assist participant firms with inquiries related to order types, trading functionality, and settlement status.
• Support bust/cancel determinations, CEE reviews, and error account escalations with compliance and legal teams.
• Partner with Technology, Product Management, and Compliance to onboard participants and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with compliance and outside counsel on regulatory matters.
• Escalate production issues to System Operations and Engineering, with timely communication.
• Disseminate platform status updates and operational notices.
• Support process documentation, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Develop deep working knowledge of platform architecture, workflows, and FINRA/SEC regulatory requirements.
