Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Trading Operations, Digital Assets to monitor trading activity for NYSE Group’s Digital Asset ATS and Global OTC ATS, provide real-time support, and escalate issues.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in a trading environment, familiarity with digital asset markets, and a FINRA Series 7 license (Series 57/24 a plus). It is remote-eligible with overnight/weekend shifts and US-based location preference.
The Analyst, Trading Operations, Digital Assets serves as a first-line support specialist for NYSE Group’s affiliated Digital Asset ATS (pending regulatory approvals) and Global OTC ATS. In this operationally critical role, the analyst monitors trading activity, identifies and escalates issues, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted trading operations across both platforms. The role requires a motivated self-starter comfortable with non-traditional hours, blockchain-based trade infrastructure, and the evolving regulatory landscape for digital asset securities.

Overnight, weekend shifts, and occasional holidays; specific hours to be confirmed. Role is part of a rotating team providing continuous coverage for NYSE Group’s affiliated Digital Asset ATS and Global OTC ATS operations.
The expected base salary for this role is between $65,000 - 85,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $81,600 - 106,500 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation.
