Job summary

The role focuses on shaping strategy, building external ecosystem connections, and driving new products via partnerships and acquisitions. You will partner with lines of business to assess the evolving crypto/digital asset landscape and identify opportunities to deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategy, partnership or deal execution experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the crypto / blockchain / digital assets ecosystem with a focus on financial services.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate to senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new or ambiguous situations.
• Deep analytical skills and ability to build financial models in Excel.
• Experience identifying, negotiating and executing partnerships and acquisitions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively develop partnership strategy with the lines of business and identify key elements of the strategy.
• Work cross-functionally to identify, negotiate, and execute partnerships and acquisitions.
• Develop and deliver proposals with the lines of business including vision, economics, and product definition.
• Develop financial business cases and key terms with finance, legal and other partners.
• Monitor external environment for competitive developments and opportunities and inform line of business partners.
