Job summary
Chase is seeking a Vice President to lead Consumer & Community Banking Digital Assets and Blockchain Solutions partnerships and strategy. The role collaborates across Chase and JPMC, identifying and negotiating key partnerships and acquisitions in the crypto/digital assets space.
Responsibilities include developing business cases, defining product terms, and communicating strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of crypto / blockchain / digital assets experience in financial services.
- 6+ years of strategy, partnership or deal execution experience.
- Experience formulating business strategy, including structuring problems, completing analysis, and making recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Collaboratively develop partnership strategy with the lines of business and identify key elements of the strategy.
- Work cross-functionally within Chase and JPMC and with external partners to identify, negotiate, and execute key partnerships and acquisitions.
- Develop and deliver proposals with the lines of business, including overall vision, economics, and product definition.
- Work with finance, legal and other partners to develop financial business cases, product constructs and key terms for partnerships / acquisitions.
- Monitor external environment for competitive developments and partnership opportunities and share insights with key partners.
