Job summary

JPMorganChase’s Chase Digital Assets and Blockchain Solutions team seeks an Associate to shape strategy, growth, and execution across crypto, blockchain and digital assets. You will partner with lines of business to evaluate the evolving financial ecosystem and define products and partnerships that deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years in crypto/blockchain/digital assets with financial services focus.
• 3+ years in strategy, partnerships or deal execution.
• Experience formulating business strategy, including structuring problems, completing analysis, and making recommendations.
• Project management experience in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
• Deep analytical skills and financial modeling in Excel.
• Exceptional written and oral communication with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated career of partnership or deal execution.
• MS Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lines of business to develop partnership strategy, analysis, and recommendations.
• Identify, negotiate, and execute partnerships and acquisitions with Chase and external partners.
• Develop and deliver proposals with vision, economics, and product definition.
• Work with finance, legal and other partners to build business cases and terms for partnerships/acquisitions.
• Monitor external environment for competitive developments and share insights with key partners.
