Job summary

ProCaps Laboratories seeks a Data Asset Manager to own and evolve the DAM ecosystem across Brandfolder and SharePoint. You will define tagging, naming conventions, and access controls to keep assets on-brand and easy to locate for all teams.

You will build scalable taxonomy, workflows, and governance, ensuring assets are production-ready for launches and campaigns while training non-technical users and coordinating cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in digital asset management, digital library/media management, or a closely related function.
• Hands-on proficiency with SharePoint required; Brandfolder proficiency preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building taxonomy, naming conventions, and governance processes.
• Experience with channels where an outside platform sets creative specs and rejects assets that don't meet them (e.g., Amazon, HSN/QVC, Social Media, Email)
• Foundational understanding of image SEO best practices, including URL structures, hyphenation rules, alt text optimization, and file size/format constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own, administer, and improve the DAM ecosystem (Brandfolder) and file storage structure (SharePoint).
• Define and evolve the long-term asset management strategy as volume and channels grow.
• Own the asset system and the standards behind it; enable teams to find and pull approved assets themselves.
