Job summary

ProCaps Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Digital Asset Manager to own the DAM ecosystem (Brandfolder and SharePoint) and enforce standards across channels. You will create taxonomy, naming rules, and governance while enabling teams to find, approve, and reuse assets efficiently.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Operations to align assets with SKU, product names, and channel requirements, ensuring on-brand, compliant delivery across ecommerce and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years in digital asset management or related field.
• Hands-on SharePoint; Brandfolder preferred.
• Experience building taxonomy, naming conventions, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the DAM ecosystem (Brandfolder) and file storage (SharePoint).
• Define long-term asset management strategy as volume grows.
• Set up asset system and standards so teams can find and pull assets themselves.
