Job summary

ProCaps Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Digital Asset Manager in Denver to own and optimize the DAM ecosystem across Brandfolder and SharePoint.

You will define taxonomy, naming conventions, and governance, ensuring assets are searchable, compliant, and on-brand across channels. The role requires 5–7 years in digital asset management, proficiency with SharePoint, and experience with brand assets for ecommerce and consumer channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-7 years in digital asset management, digital library/media management, or related function.
• Hands-on proficiency with SharePoint; Brandfolder preferred.
• Experience building taxonomy, naming conventions, and governance processes.
• Experience with channels where external platforms set creative specs (e.g., Amazon, social media, email).
• Understanding image SEO best practices: URL structures, alt text, file size/format constraints.
• Familiarity with DAM/CMS/PIM integrations and asset delivery by URL.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to train non-technical users and work cross-functionally.
• Experience in consumer brand, CPG, or ecommerce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the DAM ecosystem (Brandfolder) and file storage in SharePoint.
• Define long-term asset management strategy as volume and channels grow.
• Set up and govern asset systems so teams can find and pull approved assets.
• Build tagging systems, naming conventions, and folder structures.
• Maintain assets by SKU/product/variant and channel identifiers for searchability.
• Create file-naming rules that meet channel requirements.
• Maintain complete asset sets for product imagery, logos, and supporting content.
• Ensure assets are launch-ready before website launches, PDP updates, and campaigns.
• Set and maintain user permissions and compliance rules for internal/external use.
• Collaborate with compliance and tie label assets to physical label versions.
• Manage asset version control and channel-specific approvals.
• Oversee intake of new assets and lifecycle status (active, archived, superseded).
• Coordinate asset replacement across channels and updates in downstream systems.
• Keep channel-specific specs and go-live dates up to date.
• Support integrations between DAM, CMS/ecommerce, and PIM systems.
• Train staff on system use and drive adoption across teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Ecommerce to understand asset needs.
• Serve as point of contact for external agencies.
