ProCaps Labs is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to own the DAM across SharePoint and Brandfolder, ensuring assets are organized, on-brand, and easily accessible.

This builder role requires creating taxonomy, naming conventions, and governance while partnering with Marketing, Creative, Product, Operations, and Ecommerce to scale assets across channels.

The role demands precision, strong brand consistency, and the ability to train non-technical users to follow established workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in digital asset management, digital library/media management, or related function.
• Hands-on proficiency with SharePoint; Brandfolder proficiency preferred.
• Experience building taxonomy, naming conventions, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Own, administer, and improve the DAM ecosystem (Brandfolder) and file storage structure (SharePoint).
• Define and evolve the long-term asset management strategy as volume and channels grow.
• Build tagging systems and folder/category structures to enable searchable DAM in the team language.
• Maintain asset sets for products including imagery, graphics, logos, and supporting content.
• Set and maintain user permissions and security protocols to protect content.
