Job summary

Publicis Commerce in Chicago, IL is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to own the metadata, tagging and retrieval workflow across DAM systems. You will manage ingestion, tagging, rights clearances and reporting, ensuring accuracy and searchability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, PM and IT, enforce governance, and support user access, onboarding and training. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential at pace.

Qualifications

5+ years of asset management experience in an agency environment.
Deep knowledge of metadata schemas, taxonomy, file-naming conventions.
Strong understanding of rights management and governance.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and diverse media formats.

Responsibilities

Ingest and upload assets across DAMs, add tags, monitor automated ingest.
Migrate content from external sources into the DAM.
Tag assets at lifecycle milestones; support asset requests and distribution.
Generate asset reports and assist with client DAM requests.
Govern and audit the DAM system to ensure health and rights expiry tracking.
Train and onboard users; manage access and permissions; provide end-user support.
Collaborate with system admins and cross-functional teams to solve issues.
