Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator II to manage the organization’s digital asset ecosystem (Bynder, OneDrive, Box) and ensure assets are organized, searchable, compliant, and accessible. You will serve as a central resource for DAM, collaborating with Graphic Design and Digital Content teams to improve asset discoverability.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in digital asset management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong metadata/taxonomy

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Asset Management, content operations, or related field.
• Experience administering or supporting a DAM platform (Bynder preferred) and repositories like OneDrive, SharePoint, Box.
• Experience supporting creative/digital content teams and metadata management.
• Strong knowledge of asset governance, taxonomy, licensing, accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Administers and maintains Bynder and other repositories, including OneDrive, Box, and shared libraries.
• Uploads, catalogs, and organizes assets using metadata, naming conventions, and folder structures.
• Manages asset lifecycle processes: version control, archival, expiration, replacement, and retirement.
• Monitors metadata completeness, permissions, access controls, collections, and sharing functions.
• Provides training and guidance on digital asset management best practices.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to improve asset discoverability and workflow efficiency.
• Develops metadata standards, taxonomy structures, and file governance across repositories.
• Documents best practices for asset organization and DAM procedures.
• Supports DAM-related training materials and user guides.
• Participates in DAM enhancements, migrations, and platform improvements.
• Supports Graphic Design and Digital Content teams in asset governance across formats.
