Job summary

Easterseals in Irvine, CA is seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator II to govern and optimize the organization's digital assets across Bynder, OneDrive, Box, and other repositories. You will ensure assets are organized, searchable, compliant, and accessible, supporting Graphic Design and Digital Content teams.

Responsibilities include metadata standards development, taxonomy structures, lifecycle management, training, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve asset discoverability and workflow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Asset Management or content operations.
• Experience administering a DAM platform (preferably Bynder) and repositories like OneDrive, SharePoint, Box.

Responsibilities

• Administers Bynder and other approved repositories, ensuring assets are organized, searchable, and accessible.
• Maintains metadata, taxonomy structures, and file governance across platforms.
• Manages asset lifecycle: version control, archival, expiration, and retirement.
• Provides training and guidance on DAM best practices to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to improve asset discoverability and workflow efficiency.
• Documents and enforces brand standards, licensing, and accessibility guidelines.
• Assists with asset migrations, audits, and governance improvements.
