Job summary

PTR Global in Dallas, TX is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to oversee the AEM Assets library, establish metadata standards, and support creative and marketing teams with asset governance and access control.

You will drive metadata schemas, tagging workflows, and lifecycle governance, educate users, monitor asset usage, and collaborate across departments to ensure asset reuse, compliance, and scalable digital asset management across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital asset management principles and best practices
• Knowledge of metadata standards and asset lifecycle concepts
• Ability to train users and support governance initiatives
• Experience with enterprise DAM platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Responsibilities

• Oversee, maintain, and organize the AEM Assets library
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and brand teams on asset needs
• Establish metadata standards and governance for assets
• Develop and optimize asset ingestion, tagging workflows, and taxonomies
• Ensure asset discoverability through consistent metadata governance
• Evaluate tool stack and integrations to support workflows
• Create, deliver, and maintain user training and system documentation
• Manage user permissions and access across teams
• Track asset usage and provide governance reporting
• Contribute to digital asset governance strategy and best practices
• Support DAM Center of Excellence with stakeholder engagement and training
• May perform other duties as directed by Leaders
