Aristocrat seeks a Digital Content Management Specialist to govern metadata, develop taxonomy, and manage assets within our DAM platform (Adobe AEM Assets and Perforce). You will organize digital media to be discoverable, reusable, and compliant, enabling scalable content reuse across game studios and products.

You will maintain metadata schemas, enforce tagging standards, and collaborate with studios, marketing, and product teams to improve asset discovery and governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital asset management, content operations, or metadata management.
• Experience with enterprise DAM platforms (Adobe AEM, Bynder, Aprimo, or similar).
• Strong understanding of metadata management, taxonomy, and content classification.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain enterprise metadata schemas, taxonomy frameworks, naming conventions, and tagging standards across all digital assets.
• Ensure assets are consistently categorized, searchable, and reusable across studios, marketing, and product teams.
• Define and enforce metadata governance, controlled vocabularies, and asset classification structures to support enterprise content standards.
• Manage asset lifecycle processes including ingestion, classification, versioning, archiving, and retirement.
• Conduct regular asset audits to identify duplicates or poorly tagged content and drive remediation.
• Ensure compliance with usage rights, licensing, brand standards, and asset governance policies.
• Support DAM operations including asset upload, cataloguing, organization, and structure within AEM Assets.
• Boost asset discoverability and reuse through analysis of search behavior and metadata quality.
• Collaborate with game studios' creative groups, marketing, and product units to assist with asset intake, tagging, and reuse.
• Support workflow definition for content ingestion, review, approval, and cross-channel distribution.
• Develop and maintain DAM guidelines, documentation, and user mentorship.
• Provide training and support to business users on metadata standards and DAM usage.
• Collaborate with IT and technology teams to ensure DAM configuration supports taxonomy and governance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of metadata quality, asset reuse, and content operations efficiency.
