Nexstar Media Group is seeking a Digital Media Manager in El Paso to oversee the station's digital advertising business, collaborate with advertisers and agencies, and ensure quality across wiproud.com. The role includes managing a digital sales team, developing content, and training Account Executives.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in marketing or related field, at least three years in sales (digital preferred), and strong analytics with Google Analytics, SEM/SEO, and social media

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Mass Communications, or equivalent combination.
• Minimum three years' experience in sales, preferably in the digital field.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience guiding, directing and motivating subordinates and setting performance standards.

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes digital sales strategies to exceed revenue targets in digital and new product revenue.
• Drives new business development and collaborates on multi-platform advertising solutions.
• Collaborates with IDS to develop training for the sales team.
• Manages inventory and revenue forecasting.
• Recruits and develops talented sales professionals.
• Prepares budgets and oversees budget expenditures.
• Calls on accounts with Account Executives.
