Job summary

Avalore is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs for the WDP System and data platform. The role includes conducting needs analyses with customer success teams and subject matter experts to tailor curricula for diverse user roles and skill levels.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree and professional proficiency in English.
• Security clearance: SECRET required.
• Strong communication and self-motivation; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate training programs for the WDP System and data platform.
• Conduct training needs analyses with customer success teams and subject matter experts.
• Create diverse learning content: e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, videos, docs, and assessments.
• Deliver training via in-person, webinars, and self-paced online courses; track outcomes and adoption metrics.
