They seek a Digital Advertising Sales Manager for Social Media & Broadcast Solutions to lead digital marketing and programmatic sales initiatives, ensuring fulfillment for clients across their digital and broadcast teams.

This is a full-time, on-premise role located at the company's regional operations in Jackson, MS and is not remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive local digital revenue growth, focusing on meeting and exceeding Digital Services revenue goals.
• Forecasting and analysis with the team to ensure accurate forecasts; identify opportunities for growth and upsell for MRR clients.
• Collaborate with the Digital Account Management teams on upsells and with sales teams on flight upsells and renewals.
• Serve as an expert on digital products and platforms, educating the sales team and clients on benefits and applications.
• Lead teams of account executives, coaching, training and supporting them on sales calls to exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand needs and provide customized solutions.
• Master proposal and reporting tools, and collaborate with operations through their ticketing system.
