CMI Media, LLC is seeking a seasoned leader to drive biddable media strategy across multiple clients in a fast-growing healthcare-focused agency. You will collaborate with VP Digital Activation to set goals, optimize performance, and promote best practices across Google, TikTok, Meta, and other platforms.

You have 8+ years in biddable media, strong analytics, and track record of building teams and partnerships.

Formación

8+ years of experience managing biddable media campaigns.
5+ years of team leadership/people management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

Lead strategy and delivery of biddable media capabilities with VP Digital Activation.
Set goals and KPIs with Business Insights for campaigns across biddable channels.
Develop SOPs, identify staffing improvements, and drive best practices.
Represent the company in public forums and industry events.
Build strategic partnerships with Google, Meta, TikTok, The Trade Desk, and others.
Partner to ensure client satisfaction across campaigns.
Mentor biddable channel leads and drive execution excellence.
Stay updated on new tech and data sources, promoting adoption.
