Job summary

The Account Manager, Digital Accounts at Inmar Inc. is responsible for delivering and managing Retail Cloud solutions for assigned retail clients, serving as the primary business contact and ensuring client SLAs are met. You’ll coordinate with sales, IT, and operations to drive programs and optimize delivery.

You will develop client plans, monitor campaigns, and foster strong relationships across cross-functional teams to grow revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business or a related field required.
• 4–6 years of experience in Retail and/or CPG industry.
• Knowledge of digital promotions preferred.
• Ability to learn and understand retailer metrics at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute an operational plan to deliver outstanding client experience while creating capacity for business growth and meeting client SLA requirements.
• Drive the successful implementation and execution of varied programs, campaigns and projects with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and customer experiences.
• Manage risks and maintain program oversight across development stages to ensure timely delivery.
