Job summary

Inmar Inc. seeks an Account Manager for Digital Accounts to lead delivery and ongoing management of Retail Cloud solutions for assigned retail clients.

You will serve as the primary business contact, coordinating with sales, IT, marketing, and operations to meet client needs and SLAs. The role emphasizes cross‑functional teamwork, proactive communication, and continuous program optimization to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Retail and/or CPG.
• Knowledge of digital promotions preferred.
• Ability to handle client issues and maintain good business relations.
• Ability to communicate, cultivate relationships and partner with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage Retail Cloud solutions for assigned clients.
