Job summary

The successful candidate will develop and deliver training, coordinate accessibility initiatives, and partner with IT service management to ensure consistent documentation and stakeholder readiness for change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or three years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG and accessibility standards.
• Experience in organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and clear communications.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear messages.
• Preferred: ITIL Foundations, Prosci or similar change management training, higher education experience.
