Job summary

University of Dayton seeks a Digital Accessibility & Change Management Specialist to coordinate campus-wide accessibility efforts across websites, documents, and multimedia. You will develop change management activities, train stakeholders, and guide adoption of technology changes with a focus on readiness and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication translating technical concepts to audiences.
• Experience supporting organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus-wide digital accessibility efforts (websites, documents, multimedia).
• Provide trainings and guidance on accessibility and change management practices.
• Support service management and community engagement under the Director of Service Management and Community Engagement.
• Develop and coordinate change management activities and communications for technology changes.
• Help establish consistent internal documentation practices across UD’s initiatives.
