Qualifications

• Knowledge of MDS, care planning, and clinical documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operation of the Dietary Department per policies and regulations.
• Manages staffing, food ordering, preparation, and service to meet resident needs.
• Ensures compliance with physician orders and care plans for nutrition.
• Monitors budgets, records, and supply levels.
• Interviews residents or family for diet history.
• Maintains sanitation and safety practices in kitchen.
