Qualifications

• 3+ years in a dietary or culinary role.
• Certificate in Dietary Management or related field.
• Weekend availability on FT/PT schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dietary department.
• Plan, prepare, and serve patient meals per nutritional needs.
• Monitor inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Train and supervise dietary staff for safety and quality.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.
• Maintain records of purchases, inventory, and waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives for patient satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
