Responsibilities

• Oversee daily foodservice operations ensuring quality and safety.
• Recruit, interview, train, and supervise dietary staff.
• Engage with residents to meet their dietary needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage staff schedules and workflow for efficiency.
• Conduct inventory management and ordering.
• Develop and implement standards, procedures, and safety protocols for food preparation.
• Create resident-specific dietary programs and diverse meal options.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
