Job summary

The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center is seeking an experienced Dietary Supervisor to lead our dietary team and ensure nutrition-focused care for residents. You will oversee daily operations, collaborate with the Registered Dietitian, and ensure meals meet physician orders and dietary requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising dietary operations in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and food safety regulations.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Dietary Department.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served per residents' dietary needs and physician orders.
• Oversee dietary staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and resident satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
• Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian and interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality nutritional care.
• Participate in state surveys and regulatory inspections.
