The ideal candidate has management experience in food services, strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to meet the dietary needs of a diverse patient population. Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Dietary manager certification is preferred
• Previous experience in food services (management experience preferred)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet the dietary needs of our diverse population of patients

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food service operations in our facility
• Recruit, hire, and train new staff members
• Instruct staff on how to prepare the meals
• Maintain the inventory of our kitchens
• Work within a budget
• Ensure that meals are prepared and delivered in sanitary ways
• Create and manage the kitchen staff schedule
