Job summary

Healthcare Center is seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee nutrition services, food quality, and regulatory compliance. You will lead daily kitchen operations, supervise dietary staff, and ensure residents receive safe, nutritious meals while supporting a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities include menu planning, inventory management, and collaboration with nursing to address resident dietary needs. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• CDM preferred or equivalent credential.
• Experience leading dietary services in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of nutrition, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dietary services and kitchen operations.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served safely per nutrition and sanitation standards.
• Manage menus, meal planning, inventory, purchasing, and food orders.
• Supervise, schedule, train and support dietary staff.
• Monitor food quality, meal service, and resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate with nursing and other departments to meet resident dietary needs.
• Maintain dietary records and documentation.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and proper food storage.
