SPRINGFIELD VILLA in Springfield, MO seeks a Dietary Manager to oversee daily food service operations, recruit and train staff, instruct on meal preparation, manage inventory, and ensure sanitary standards.

The role focuses on budgeting, scheduling, and meeting the dietary needs of a diverse patient population. Certification in dietary management and leadership experience are preferred.

Dietary Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily food service operations in our facility
• Recruit, hire, and train new staff members
• Instruct staff on how to prepare the meals
• Maintain the inventory of our kitchens
• Work within a budget
• Ensure that meals are prepared and delivered in sanitary ways
• Create and manage the kitchen staff schedule

Dietary Manager Qualifications and Skills:
