Outfield Healthcare Partners seeks a Dietary Manager to plan, direct, and supervise the dietary department, ensuring nutritionally appropriate meals for residents and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

You will lead daily nutrition service operations, oversee budgeting, collaborate with the Registered Dietitian, and support a quality-focused facility that respects resident preferences and dietary needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• CDM/CFPP or DTR certification or military equivalent training required.
• Associate's or higher degree in food service management or hospitality required.
• Food service supervisory experience required; long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of nutrition service in the dietary department.
• Provide leadership to ensure food quality, safety standards, and resident nutrition care.
• Coordinate with the Registered Dietitian, nursing, dietary personnel, residents and families.
• Plan purchasing using forecasts, inventory records, and equipment logs; liaise with purchasing department and local producers.
• Participate in department budget planning and report monthly expenditures.
• Ensure care plans and nutrition interventions are reflected in resident records.
• Document progress notes and participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.
• Adapt services to resident preferences and develop individualized diets as needed.
