Outfield Healthcare Partners seeks a Dietary Services Manager to lead the dietary department, ensuring safe, nutritious meals for residents and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will supervise staff and coordinate nutrition care under the guidance of a Registered Dietitian.

The role emphasizes budget planning, menu development, resident-centered service, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support residents' health and preferences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• CDM/CFPP or DTR training or equivalent (military or education).
• Associate’s or higher in food service management or hospitality.
• 2+ years of food service supervisory experience; long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nutrition service operations per policy and regulations.
• Provide leadership to ensure food quality and safety standards meet resident needs.
• Coordinate nutrition care under supervision of Registered Dietitian and Administrator.
• Plan purchasing using forecasts, inventory, and vendor contacts; manage budget within limits.
• Collaborate with dietitian, nursing, and dietary staff; document progress notes.
• Ensure accurate nutrition care plans and resident dietary accommodations.
