Qualifications

• CDM/CFSM or similar national certification in food service management and safety.
• An associate's degree or higher in food service management, hospitality, or a related field including food service coursework.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dietary aide staff and coordinate daily duties.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and policy compliance in the dietary department.
• Assist with meal preparation, tray-line operations, and dining-room service.
• Ensure meals follow established diet orders and service procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and food-service areas.
• Collaborate with nursing and other departments to support residents' dining needs.
• Provide resident-centered service and address dietary concerns and complaints.
