Job summary

Outfield Healthcare Partners is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department, ensuring nutritionally appropriate meals and adherence to Federal, State, and Local regulations. You will supervise staff, coordinate with the Registered Dietitian, and manage budgets and purchases to maintain quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• CDM/CFPP or DTR or equivalent training required.
• Associate’s or higher degree in food service management or hospitality.
• Food service supervisory experience required; 2+ years in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily nutrition service operations within the dietary department per policy and regulations.
• Provide leadership to ensure food quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee nutrition care under supervision of Registered Dietitian and Administrator.
• Plan purchases using forecasts, inventory, and equipment records; coordinate with purchasing.
• Assist in department budgeting and monthly reporting; stay within budget.
