Qualifications

• CDM certification or equivalent required.
• Certified Food Service Manager credential preferred.
• Associate's degree or higher in food service management field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dietary aide staff and coordinate daily duties.
• Monitor meal preparation, tray-line operations, and dining-room service.
• Ensure meals follow diet orders and service procedures.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards across the department.
