Cal Block, LLC is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager for a premier senior living community near Rolling Meadows, IL. The CDM will lead the dietary team to ensure high-quality meals and exceptional service for residents.

You will oversee daily operations, manage menus, inventory, and compliance with state and federal regulations while partnering with culinary staff to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading dietary staff in long-term care or senior living.
• Knowledge of nutrition standards and meal planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve meals including special diets.
• Supervise dietary staff and provide guidance and training.
• Maintain records of inventory, supplies, and dietary services.
• Develop and implement menus, including holidays.
