Harborview Health Systems in Tucker, GA is seeking a dedicated Dietary Manager to oversee the food service department in our care setting. You will ensure therapeutic diets are prepared and served in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.

You will plan menus, monitor resident nutrition and weights, set performance standards, manage resources and costs, and supervise dietary staff to uphold safety, hospitality, and quality of care.

Competenze

• Prior experience in food service management, preferably in a long-term care or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets, regulatory dietary standards, and infection control procedures.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent food safety certification.
• Certified Dietary Manager or equivalent.

What You Will Do
