Silvercrest Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide for our nursing home in Crestview, FL. You will plate and serve meals according to menus, communicate with the dietary services director, and work with urgency to ensure meals are timely and satisfying while upholding strict food safety standards.

Competenze

• Experience in healthcare or long-term care dietary required or preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written diet orders and menus.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in a busy kitchen.

What You Will Do

• Accurately plate and serve meal trays according to planned menus


• Communicate effectively director of dietary services


• Work with a sense of urgency to ensure meals are timely, accurate, and satisfying


• Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols at all times


• Duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care dietary setting is preferred


• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, including diet orders and menus


• Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods in a busy kitchen environment
