Holton Manor Dietary Manager Job Opportunity

Holton Manor has a unique full-time opportunity for a long-term care Dietary Manager. Located in beautiful Elkhorn, Wisconsin, we are known for providing quality care to seniors in Walworth County and surrounding communities.

If you are not certified as a Dietary Manager, we will pay for you to obtain your certification.

As the Dietary Manager, your responsibilities include the direction, implementation, and supervision of all meal service and nutritional support for residents, adhering to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as corporate policies. You will also oversee a quality assurance program to ensure therapeutic nutritional requirements are met through a variety of flavorful meals, snacks, and supplements, while maintaining sanitation, safety, and cost control.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or enrolled in an approved CDM course with eligibility to take the exam upon course completion
• Sanitation certification
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
• Strong desire to work with the elderly
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous management experience in long-term care food service
• Supervisory experience
