Job summary

New Mark Rehab & Healthcare is seeking an experienced Dietary Manager to lead our dietary services, ensuring high-quality nutrition and dining experiences for residents in our facility. You will oversee daily operations, ensure meals meet guidelines, and collaborate with nursing to support resident health.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and uphold health and safety regulations, while contributing to resident satisfaction and care quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dietary Manager in a healthcare or long-term care setting
• Knowledge of state and federal dietary regulations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
