New Mark Rehab & Healthcare in Kansas City, MO, is seeking an experienced Dietary Manager to lead our dietary services and ensure high-quality nutrition and dining experiences for residents.

You will oversee daily operations, enforce health and safety standards, supervise staff, manage inventory and costs, and collaborate with nursing to meet resident dietary needs while preparing for surveys and inspections.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dietary Manager in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Knowledge of state and federal dietary regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily dietary department operations
• Ensure meals meet nutritional guidelines, physician orders, and resident preferences

Dietary Manager Position Summary:

The Dietary Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. This role plays a key part in supporting resident health, satisfaction, and overall quality of care.

Dietary Manager Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily dietary department operations
• Ensure meals meet nutritional guidelines, physician orders, and resident preferences
