Responsibilities include overseeing the food service program, ensuring high food quality standards, inventory management, food safety, and customer service, while adhering to regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in food service management or hospitality (preferred)
• Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and supervision (preferred)
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification (preferred or as required by law)
• Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM) within 14 days of employment
• Must obtain Food Service Manager (FSM) and LTC-FSM certifications within 60 days
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs, stand, sit, bend, and work around food and cleaning products
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting
• Residency within the service area
