Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation, storage and ordering under the food service director.
• Record menu changes and ensure safe handling techniques are followed.
• Maintain standards for food quality and nutritional care.
• Ensure dietary staff follow standardized recipes.
• Attend staff and department head meetings and assist in policy updates.
• Support staff routines and complete miscellaneous assignments as needed.
